Forgotten Skincare products are made with the highest quality ingredients sourced from organically grown plants with no traces of parabens, mineral oils or silicones. Bearberry extract (Arctostaphylos uva-ursi) enhances brighter, even skin while producing a powerful astringency and anti-inflammatory effect. The antioxidant levels in this plant work to combat free radicals by increasing cell turnover rate. It consists of a substance called arbutin that has been studied to reduce melanin production, the darker pigments in our skin. This ingredient is not hydroquinone, but is a derivative of hydroquinone. It works similarly to hydroquinone without the safety concerns, making it a suitable natural lightening alternative for those with sensitive skin.
