Refund policy
We accept returns within 30 days for domestic orders.
Change your mind? That’s okay, we get it. You can return any unopened and unused product within 30 days of the post marked delivery date. If your item is used, we will reject your return. If your return is accepted, we will refund the amount you paid minus the cost of the original shipping paid, a 10% restock fee and a flat rate of $8.50 for your shipping label. We do not accept returns from international shipments at this time. If your products were delivered outside of the United States and you'd like to make a return, please contact us for help.
To start a return:
Email us at info@forgottenskincare.com with the subject line of the email Return Request and your order number within 30 days of placing your order. Please clearly state the reason for your return in the body of the email.
Ship Your Products Back To Us:
We will provide you with a shipping label to ship the product(s) back to us for inspection. If the products are accepted, we will issue a refund minus the cost of the original shipping. a 10% restock fee and $8.50 flat shipping fee. This covers the cost of labor to manage the return, the shipping label and restock the product to our shelves.
Refunds & Reshipments:
Refunds or reshipments of any packages due to the following circumstances are not a responsibility Forgotten Skincare.
-Held or returned shipments due to incorrect address or undeliverable.
-Shipments lost at any point in the parcel process.
-Shipments stolen at any point in the parcel process.
For shipments that are "returned to sender" or otherwise marked as generally undeliverable by the mail carrier, Forgotten Skincare will offer a one time replacement, not including the cost of shipping. Please contact info@forgottenskincare.com with your order number and tracking information.
The following are not eligible for returns or refunds:
*Free product gifts are not eligible for returns or refunds.
*Gift cards are not eligible for returns or refunds.
*Orders placed outside of the US are not eligible for returns
*Used, opened or otherwise damaged or tampered products
