Do you offer international shipping?

International shipping is currently available to Canada & Australia. Shipping rates for international orders will be calculated at checkout.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of the marked delivery date. Email us at to get your return started.

If there is something wrong with your product, we will replace it if we are notified within three (3) days of delivery. A replacement will be sent to the same address that was on your order. Replacements only qualify if your item was damaged in transit. We do not refund or provide replacements under any other circumstances.

Is it possible to change my order address?

If you realized after you placed an order that the shipping address is wrong, please contact as soon as possible. If your product has not been shipped out already, we will try to update the address. If the item has already shipped, we are unable to change the address or refund the order. Please double check your shipping addresses to avoid this issue.

When will my order arrive?

We want you to receive your order as fast as possible!

We aim to get all orders processed in one business day. After processing, all orders then ship out via:

Standard shipping (2-5 business days) unless you select expedited shipping during checkout which takes 2-3 business days.

International orders are typically delivered within 8 -14 business days once the order has been fulfilled. Once your order has been fulfilled, the estimated delivery date will be shown on your tracking page.

What if I never received my order?

If your order says delivered but you never received it, please contact us at If your order never arrived due to an issue with the carrier, we will ship a one time replacement.

What if my order arrived damaged?

Contact us immediately at so we can assess your situation and replace your damaged item within 7 days of notice. We do not issue refunds for items damaged in transit.

Who handles your international shipping?

We ship all our international orders with Passport, our trusted third-party international shipping partner. Passport has a number of shipping partners around the world that handle your local delivery and ensure your package arrives safely and quickly. 

Do I have to pay duties and taxes?

To create a better delivery experience for you, we ship all international orders Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). By shipping DDP, duties and taxes are collected directly at checkout so that your package is not stopped and held by customs.

Please note that duties and taxes assessed by customs vary by country and product.

How can I track my package?

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email from us with your tracking information. You can track the progress of your order directly on your tracking page.

I'm in Canada or Australia and my package seems to have stopped moving.

If your package stops moving at any point, do not fret! It is still on its way to you or is likely just clearing customs if you're outside of the United States. Occasionally, there may be delays due to customs or weather events. If this happens, your tracking page will be updated with the latest shipping status. Do your products whiten skin?

No. There are absolutely no bleaching ingredients in Forgotten Skincare products. The formulation contains a natural skin lightening extract called bearberry or Uva Ursi extract. This leaf extract slows the production of melanin in your skin to reduce the appearance of dark spots. Learn more about ingredients here.

Are your products safe for use on other skin areas, such as the face?

Yes, Forgotten Skincare is safe for other skin areas. However, our products are especially formulated for specific body care areas and not recommended for other skin areas. We recommend avoiding sensitive areas and eyes. Of course, everybody's skin is different and our suggestion is always to try a small amount first before applying generously.

Are your products suitable for all skin tones?

Absolutely! Forgotten Skincare makes products that are perfect for all skin shades. It does not contain any bleaching ingredients and will not "whiten" the color of your skin. Instead, our products help to brighten and lighten any discolored areas. You may notice a brighter and more even tone no matter if you have skin that's dark, medium, light, or very fair.

How long until I notice results?

Results may vary, but if you use as directed, you may experience some results like softer, smoother skin in two weeks. For lightening darker skin coloration, visible results take between 2-3 months (8-12 weeks) with daily use. Varying factors like how often you shave, what other products you use or your level of hyperpigmentation all contribute to how long it takes to start showing results. We recommend taking a picture before you start using Forgotten Skincare and then a picture after two weeks, one month and three months so you can track progress.

If you decide to ditch your deodorant and only use The Original, great choice! Please understand that your body needs 1-2 weeks to adjust to the new routine and you may experience a detox "stinky" period while your pits get used to their new pH. Trust us when we say it's totally worth it to not have to stress about B.O. once you're using The Original regularly.

We recommend sticking to a consistent routine and using The Original twice daily, every day. A regime is important when using any self-care cosmetic. What's NOT in your products?

We love that you care about using natural and safe products on your body. Here's a list of all the bad stuff that we do not include in our products.

Our products have NONE of the following:

- No hydroquinone, bleach, synthetic fragrance, silicone, phthalates, parabens.
- All products are 100% vegan and cruelty-free
- All products are free from harsh preservatives and suitable for sensitive skin types

What is the shelf life?

Our products do not have expiration dates because they are cosmetic products.

Please refer to the symbol on the box for the shelf life of your product after opening. Most products will last up to one year after opened.

Products should be stored in a cool dry place. Do not store The Original or The Down Low in your shower as these are not meant to be used in the shower.

How long does The Original (100ml) last?

This bottle will last you 4-6 months with daily 2X a day use.

Are your products safe for pregnant or breastfeeding women?

This product has not been tested or certified as safe to use for breastfeeding or for pregnant women. Please consult your doctor before using Forgotten Skincare products. Where are your products made?

All Forgotten Skincare products are manufactured in small batches in an FDA registered lab in the US. Our products are tested for multiple safety variables for formula integrity so you can be sure your product is safe to use.

Can I use The Original with another deodorant?

Yes. It is okay to use The Original under your deodorant. Please note that some deodorants can cause skin discoloration including natural deodorants that include baking soda. This may reduce the lightening effects from The Original. We recommend using The Original in place of your current deodorant or antiperspirant. You will still sweat while using this natural deodorizer because there is nothing in this product that blocks your sweat glands from producing sweat naturally (as it should be!).

We recommend using The Original 2X a day (apply morning and night) without deodorant for 2-3 weeks to allow your underarms to adjust. You may experience an extra smelly time period while you adjust, but that should reside after a few weeks.

Can I use your products while getting laser hair removal treatment?

Please consult your doctor and laser hair removal technician on whether you can use our products while going through treatment. Our formulas contains ingredients that help to increase cell turnover rate and slow down melanin production.

What if I experience irritation?

If you experience irritation after using our products, please discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional for medical advice.

You should not experience any irritation after using our products. However, everyone's skin reacts differently to different ingredients, yes, even natural ingredients can cause irritation. We recommend that you always test a small amount on another area of your skin such as your wrist before applying liberally. If you have no sensitivity with this patch test, then you may apply as directed. If you're experiencing irritation such as burning, itching or redness we recommend discontinuing use. Please do not continue to use the product if it causes burning, itching or redness. Consult with your doctor for any issues that may be of concern - we are not able to provide any medical advice to treat, diagnose or cure medical conditions.
